Stir Fried Vegetables

Stir Fried Vegetables

Ingredients 
1 cup julienned vegetables mixed (carrots, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, peas, onions, potatoes, etd.)
 1/2 tsp. crushed ginger, garlic 
1 tbsp. butter 
2 tbsp. 
water 1 tsp. cornflour salt to taste pepper to taste 
1/2 tsp. soyasauce 
1 srig spring onion.

Method 
Wash cut vegetables and drain excess water. Mix the cornflour in the water. In a 6" microwaveproof bowl, place butter. Add the gingergarlic. Melt in microwave for 2-3 seconds. Add vegetables stir, cover with a loose lid. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Remove, add cornflour paste, salt, pepper, soyasauce, stir. Put back in oven and cook a further 1 minute on high. Garnish with a sprig of chopped spring onion. Serve steaming hot
